Matrix Property Works has operated across London for over twenty years. We are based in Islington N1 — at the heart of the boroughs we serve most: Camden, Hackney, Westminster, and Islington itself.

We are not a referral service or aggregator. Every project is delivered by our own directly employed team: bricklayers, roofers, carpenters, painters, and plumbers who have worked alongside one another for years. That continuity is difficult to replicate, and our clients notice it.

We hold CHAS accreditation and SafeContractor approval — the standard health and safety accreditations required by London borough councils and institutional landlords for their approved contractor frameworks. We are also CITB registered.

Our client base divides broadly into three groups: residential homeowners undertaking refurbishment or external repairs; private landlords and property managers maintaining and improving portfolios; and institutional clients — principally London borough councils — requiring compliant, auditable contractor work on occupied properties.

We do not take on more than we can properly manage. We would rather give work to a trusted colleague than overpromise and underdeliver. That approach has kept clients returning for years — in some cases, for decades.
